• Ambulatory Rate $ 40.00 one way, $ 70.00 roundtrip. (1 caregiver per wheelchair, rides free.) *
• Wheelchair Rate $ 40.00 one way, $ 70.00 roundtrip. (1 caregiver per wheelchair, rides free.) *
• Mileage charge - $ 2.00 per mile**

• After hours, please add $ 25.00 (after 6pm-7am)
• Weekends & holidays please add $ 25.00.
• Per hour wait fee - $ 30.00/1st half hour, $70/hour after.
• Wheelchair use $25.00.
• 5% fee for credit/debit card transactions

* Veterans and/or their spouses receive a 10% discount (with proper identification) {Excludes per mile fees}

** Additional 10% Discount on per mile fee, and fees can be split between riders, when you partner with a friend or relative by scheduling two riders per trip

• $ 0 with 24-hour notice
• $ 50 with less than 24-hour notice
• Full charge once driver is dispatched.

Book an operated wheelchair medical transport van at special rates.

Booking options include:

Hourly rate $100/hour
4-hour time block $380*
8-hour time block $750*

No mileage fees!

Utilize operated van as needed: Deliver clients to appointments, events, functions, parks, gyms, senior centers, church functions, weddings, pharmacy, restaurant trips, employee pick up and drop off.
*Additional hours will be charged at standard hourly rate.
Valid Credit Card required at time of booking.
