• Ambulatory Rate $ 50.00 one way, $ 75.00 roundtrip. (1 caregiver per wheelchair, rides free.) *
• Wheelchair Rate $ 50.00 one way, $ 75.00 roundtrip. (1 caregiver per wheelchair, rides free.) *
• Mileage charge - $ 2.25 per mile.
• No Caregiver present, add $25.00 counter to counter fee.

• After hours (after 6 pm-7 am) and Saturdays, add $ 50.00
• Sundays & holidays, add $ 100.00.
• Per hour wait fee - $ 40.00/1st half hour, $80/hour after.
• Wheelchair use $25.00.
• Oxygen available upon request $25.00.

* Veterans and/or their spouses receive a 10% discount (with proper identification) {Excludes per mile fees}

• $ 0 with 24-hour notice
• $ 50 with less than 24-hour notice
• Full charge once driver is dispatched.
